How long have you been practicing Yoga?

It gives me peace, calm, an equanimous mind – then I was hooked!

Sirsasana – any variation!
Padmasana – peace yes!
Hanumanasana – split any time of the day!

Traveling and a daily practice.

Believe – even when you don’t anymore.

Diplomatic but indecisive!

Overcoming obstacles I never thought I would.

Traveling with my love is pure happiness.

Anxiety, depression, uncertainty.

None, I’m unique as we all are.

I would come back as a cat, preferably!

No regrets, everything happens for a reason, what is meant to be will be.

Lasagna or berries.

Ice cold anything!

I can’t go anywhere without my Liforme yoga Mat!

Which talent would you most like to have?
Only evolving in life.
What advice would you give to a new Yoga practitioner?
Take your time and do not pressure yourself. If you fall, tip over, simply laugh and try again. Practice and all is coming.
