5 Yoga Poses for Easily Getting Rid of That Stubborn Belly Fat

Step 2

Controlling your balance, lift your legs as high as possible. Keep your body at the angle of approximately 45 degrees for at least 15 seconds. With 15-seconds breaks repeat the yoga pose at least five times.

Step 2

While exhaling, pull both legs by your hands upwards to the sky. Lift your chest and pelvis over the floor. Pull your head backward, and breathe deeply. Repeat the pose five times with 15-second breaks.
